Capabilities

Three practices, one principle: the state keeps control of its systems and its data.

SOVEREIGN AI

On-premise AI platforms

Fine-tuned open-weight language models served on government-controlled hardware. No external APIs in the data path, model weights owned by the client, built for low-resource languages and official document standards.

NATIONAL PLATFORMS

Government information systems

Design, development, and operation of national-scale systems for health, labor, and social protection, including interoperability with civil registries, social insurance, and national data exchanges.

INFRASTRUCTURE

Cloud & platform engineering

Kubernetes-based and virtualized environments for government data centers: multi-site availability, software-defined storage and networking, GPU inference tiers, and open-source-first platform architecture.

Platform

The sovereign AI appliance for government.

Our engagements taught us the same lesson in every country: governments want modern AI, on hardware they control, in their own language, under their own law. We productized that answer.

DRAFT

Official document drafting

Language models fine-tuned on national official-correspondence standards, producing compliant government documents in low-resource languages that general-purpose models handle poorly.

ASK

Talk-to-Data over agency systems

Natural-language questions answered directly from an agency's own databases, with per-user access scoping mapped to the organization's identity groups and read-only enforcement at multiple layers.

AUDIT

Automated compliance auditing

Our first production capability: fine-tuned models auditing government performance reporting against regulatory frameworks, scoring above 0.90 accuracy on our government audit benchmarks.

Approach

How we build for governments.

Sovereign by default

Citizen data stays on infrastructure the state owns or controls. Commercial cloud is used only for stateless functions at the edge, never for storage or processing of personal data.

Open-source first

Kubernetes, PostgreSQL-family data platforms, and open-weight AI models: no per-core proprietary licensing that outlives the project, and no vendor the client cannot replace.

Offline-capable

Systems are engineered to keep working where connectivity is weak, from district health facilities in the Himalayas to provincial care centers on the steppe, and to synchronize safely when the network returns.

Handover is the deliverable

Every engagement ends with the client's own team operating the system: documentation, training, and knowledge transfer are planned from day one, not appended at the end.
